Jobs(Main and secondary characters [70+]: PLD75/WAR75/SAM75/DRG75

Merits: I have accumulated around 220 spread acroess the four jobs and the other categories, how many exactly I am unsure of, if needed ask me specifically on jobclass merits.
Sea Access: Yup
Sky Access: Yup
Dynamis - Xarcabard Access(If no, please say which clears you have): Cleared every zone bar Tavnazia, timed out at 20% with a 15 man run ; ;.
Previous LS and Server(And reason for leaving is required): Siren born and bred is Ponto, only previous HNM shell I was in was Endlessnight, which was for a very short time as the way things were handled there were toroughly based on favourtism, something I do not like. I only ever killed the ground kings NQ/HQ with them, though I have helped VD kill KV/Cerberus/Khim before simply because they were undermanned and I wanted nada and had a few friends in there vouge for me.
Endgame experience: What i said uptop should cover it, sorry if part of that was meant to be in here.
Your Timezone and playtimes: Im a GMT player from Northern Ireland here, bar my brother only guy I know from N.Ireland (REPUBLIC DOESNT COUNT :P). I usually (bar Wednesdays which is a short day) work the old 9am-5pm timescheme and am home bout 5:20pm.

Additional notes you would like to add: I am a huge talker, if you put me on vent god have mercy on your poor souls if you guys let me in haha. I am hoping so, I would like to get into the action :)
Notable Gear: Skywise, I have everything I want up there, 2/2 sky Koenig, 3/3 sky heca, and 2/2 useful shura (sorry to those who like their d hands :P), and w legs, b haidate, genbu kabuto, only reason id wanna do sky bar helping buddies is the chance at an Osode. Limbus wise, only need Homam Feet, got the rest a while ago. Have Valor Surcoat for PLD, 6/6 Dragoon Relic, WAR Relic hands +1/waist/body i think are the only 3 of that I have, only care for Tavnazia drops really + Dreamlands Dynamis.

Why you want to join MegaLickser LS: Its a GMT based group on Siren that does not seem to suck, I always wanted to do fulltime endgame but lack of opportunities due to schedule left me hanging, when I asked Rennin about who he does events with I was pleased to go to this site and see yall have quite good skills and are fully capable of doing the multitude of things I would like to do (bar not doing Salvage and Einharjar :P)

Sorry, I should have mentioned earlier I know it says Dynamis is mandatory, is there a way to be exempt from this? I have been in a Dynamis only LS for 3 years, so its a large loss to sacrifice that ><

Would like to ask what times and days do you do dynamis?

I run with Perfectdodge, a EST based Dynamis Linkshell, they run Saturday at 11:30pm UK and 12:30am Tuesday UK times. Its a crazy timezone to have myself working in I know, but I usually just bare with it as I was limited on my choice of shell at that time. Since I have since then accumulated so many points I would hate to sacrifice that effort, although I may eventually quit it due to disagreement with management about the shells current state and how they are handling policies without regarding members.
